These are the ethos on which Mathias Construction is built. Since the late 1970s, we have led Goa in the real estate sector, setting benchmarks in design, engineering and service that have yet to go out of style.
Our foundation began in contracting in 1977, taking on projects for villas and homes that brought us in tune with the requirements for high quality construction. In 1980, we broke into the real estate segment with Rose Mathias Chambers in Vasco, constructing the first six-storey building in the city.
Moving to Panjim in 1983 opened a whole vista of opportunity. Each project has been nurtured into a personality of its own, offering a unique home experience to each buyer and finding a prominent place in the map of Goa's luxury real estate offerings.
Managing director Mr. Joe Mathias brings to the company his rich experience across 40 years in the field.
As a senior businessman in Goan real estate, he has contributed significantly to the industry, including the launch of the CREDAI Goa chapter in 2000.
